For many years AV Trinity has worked closely with Professional Trustees to provide first class investment advice that takes account of the Trustee Act 2000.

We find that trusts are as “individual” as our private clients, so packaged solutions and investment portfolios are rarely the answer. By discussing and agreeing an appropriate investment mandate with the professional adviser, which will cover key areas such as timescales, duration, benchmarks, income, risk profile and beneficiary details, we will then create a bespoke portfolio within a transparent fee based structure.

We have recently launched our own High Yield Capital Protection Plan, which is ideally suited to the Court of Protection where there is perhaps not enough capital to produce the income required, but there is, at the same time, too much to ignore – typically this would mean say, £100k to £300k.
