AV Trinity has adopted a relatively unique stance within the IFA market when meeting their regulatory obligations; we have an ‘in-house’ compliance department, wheras compliance for most IFA’s is typically delivered remotely via an external consultant.

However, given the impact of major regulatory changes over the last 5 years, our decision to bring compliance in-house ensures that regulatory requirements are implemented with due consideration being given to the needs of both the client and the business.

Regulation and its implementation require an analytical and pragmatic approach. The members of the compliance department have a number of year’s experience, which allows them to ensure that the clients of AV Trinity receive advice of the highest order. In addition this also ensures that our professional partners can feel confident that they can refer clients to a firm that understands the requirements placed upon them.
